How we apply and interview for jobs has changed and will continue to evolve as we move forward. That is going to affect you as a candidate and as a manager. Do some research on the trends in recruitment and hiring. You can Google “changing recruitment” (you’ll get some NCAA links in there) or “changing employer recruitment”. Beware of ads and websites that promote their products and how they meet the changing environment. I’d prefer you look for reputable sources rather than sites that are trying to sell something.
